At Krishna World Wide, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that our compost, manure, and agricultural products meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Products that have been used or opened .

  • Perishable agricultural products (unless defective on arrival).

  • Custom orders or bulk items made specifically for the customer.

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier or logistics partners beyond our control.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

4. Return Shipping

  • In most cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping charges.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  • Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchange Policy
